Blue Collar Services in Central Connecticut is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer (Residential) to manage installations from start to finish with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential HVAC experience, CT S2 license, and completed HVAC trade school.
You will lead installations of central air, heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, and mini-splits, ensure clean job sites, communicate with homeowners, and mentor junior technicians.
