Resource Options, Inc. is seeking a Lead Industrial Electrician in Connecticut to lead a crew of up to four technicians on industrial field installations.
You will install, wire, and troubleshoot 480/240/120V power systems, build control panels, read schematics, and ensure safety standards. This role requires a CT electrical license (E1 or E2), hands-on fabrication and diagnostic tooling proficiency, and the ability to lead a small team.
