• 10+ years of leadership experience in related industries (automotive, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or distribution)
• Proven track record of scaling sales organizations and driving revenue growth
• Strong operational leadership experience with P&L ownership
• Experience working in or evolving a founder‑led or family‑owned business
