We are looking for an early-career Mechanical Engineer who is motivated to learn, work with cross‑functional teams, and build practical engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do- Support commissioning activities and field execution with installing contractors.
- Prepare field reports, punch lists, summary reports, and final turnover packages.
- Support HVAC, chiller, utility, and critical facilities activities.
- Assist with technology transfers of new products into manufacturing facilities.
- Support small operational engineering projects.
- Assist with requirements for new equipment, modifications, and utility‑related projects.
- Respond to utility and equipment‑related issues during production.
- Support annual revalidation activities.
- Assist with equipment and utility system improvements.
- Work with other sites to share and develop engineering best practices.
- Follow cGMP, SOP, and safety requirements

- Recent Bachelor's graduate in Mechanical Engineering
. - 6-12 months of experience with HVAC, chillers, or critical facilities equipment.
- Strong interest in facilities, utilities, manufacturing, or mechanical systems
. - Ability to work onsite in Plainville, MA
. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a hands‑on engineering environment.
