Penn National Gaming - - Responsibilities:
Process cash transactions for casino customers and employees (cashing TITO tickets, personal checks, and travelers' checks, exchanging currency, and processing cash advances);
Enrolls patrons into Players Club, issues patrons Players Club cards, maintains accurate player tracking information, and assists the Marketing Department with all casino promotions;
Works the main bank as assigned;
Answers phone calls with proper phone etiquette;
Complies with state, company, and departmental policies and regulations
