Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.

• Foster a fun environment.
• Act as a gracious host to all guests and co‑workers.
• Promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company‑sponsored events.
• Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the Red‑Carpet Customer Service Program.
• Maintain a balanced cashier's station.
• Process cash transactions for casino customers and employees (including cashing TITO tickets, personal checks, traveler's checks, exchanging currency, and processing cash advances).
• Be knowledgeable of and comply with Title 31 regulations.
• Enroll patrons into the Players Club, issue patrons Players Club cards, maintain accurate player tracking information, and assist the Marketing Department with all casino promotions.
• Work the main bank as assigned.
• Answer phone calls with proper etiquette.
• Comply with state, company, and departmental policies and regulations.
