Steward Deep Cleaner; Overnights - Part-Time

Position: Steward Deep Cleaner (Overnights) - Part-Time
Penn National Gaming -  - Responsibilities:
Foster a fun environment;
Be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers;
Handle all aspects of dish/pot washing including dish machines, pot sink/power soak sink, and other stewarding duties as defined in the Steward job description;
Perform deep cleaning of ovens, hoods, grills, stoves, deep fryers, hot boxes, salamanders, steam tables, chafers, tables and countertops, walk-in refrigeration/freezer units, racks, trash cans, glass, ceilings, walls, floors, drains, and fans per equipment cleaning guide;
Learn and operate power-washing equipment and use chemicals according to safety guidelines;
Ensure proper storage of equipment, chemicals and restaurant supplies in accordance with standards (OSHA, etc.) in dish/pot rooms, kitchens, mop rooms, trash dock, etc.;
Stock and restock food line china and utensils before, during, and after restaurant hours;
Follow daily station assignments checklists as directed by Executive Steward and F&B Management;
Other duties as required by business needs
