Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Cold Room/Freezers

Compensation: $33.00 - $34.00/hr
Shift
Schedule:
12-hour rotating shift (2/2/3 rotation), 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, including weekends and holidays

A Day in the Life:
* Perform manufacturing operations in alignment with cGMP standards
* Demonstrate safe work habits and adhere strictly to safety procedures
* Participate in Tier 1 meetings and support team readiness
* Maintain GMP Kanban to support production flow
* Spend the majority of time (80-90%) on the manufacturing floor
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and tech transfer activities
* Identify and implement process efficiency improvements
Keys to Success:
Education:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
* Proven knowledge of cGMP
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely
* Ability to maintain sterile credentials and work in a cleanroom environment
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
* Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and pharmaceutical equipment
Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
* Ability to gown aseptically/sterile as required
* Vision abilities including near, far, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
* Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
* Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
* Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $23.02-$34.25.
