Manufacturing Associate

Our client, a leader in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate-Days to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate-Days, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate-Days

Location: Plainville, MA

Pay Rate: $31

• Provide manufacturing support of various Pharmaceutical products
• Provide guidance to other technicians and drive daily operations.
• Mentor new employees and act as a senior technician on the floor.
• Aseptically Gown
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and safety guidelines.
• Obtaining and analyzing batch samples.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field.
• Preferred:
  Experience in a cGMP environment.
• Full understanding of GMP and strong knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior staff.
• May work with dry ice, liquid nitrogen cryogenics, hazardous and infectious agents, and experience marked changes in temperature.
