Our client, a leading organization in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, is seeking an Equipment Services Technician to join their team. As an Equipment Services Technician, you will be part of the Facilities and Engineering department supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Support scheduled and unscheduled calibrations and metrology services to ensure equipment compliance with non-GMP and cGMP standards.
- Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document calibration activities accurately.
- Assist with gown qualification processes to support cleanroom activities.
- Identify areas of non-compliance or non-harmonization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Engineering teams to maintain operational excellence.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in instrument calibration and repair within a pharmaceutical or high-regulatory environment; three (3) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations, local and federal regulatory requirements, and documentation procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical blueprints.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
