Semco Machine Corp. designs and builds Test Fixtures for the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) industry.

Small, family owned and operated machine shop.

• Operate advanced CNC machinery.
• Set offsets and compensate for tool wear.
• Change tooling.
• Read blueprints and use measuring and inspection tools and gauges.
• Maintain periodic maintenance on the machine.
• Set up and operate conventional milling machines and lathes.
• Work as a self‑starter with minimal supervision.
• Maintain specified tolerances and finishes.

• 2 to 5 years experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in CNC operation, with the ability to set offsets for tool wear compensation and change tooling.
• Experience in blueprint reading and use of measuring and inspection tools and gauges.
• Required to maintain periodic maintenance on the machine.
• Set up and operation of conventional milling machines and lathes, A PLUS.
• Self‑starter who works with minimal supervision.
• Required to maintain specified tolerances and finishes.
