Our client, a leading organization in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking an Equipment Services Technician to join their team. As a Equipment Services Technician, you will be part of the Facilities and Engineering support team, supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Pay Range: $28
What's the Job?- Perform calibration and metrology activities to ensure equipment compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document calibration activities accurately.
- Support gown qualification processes for cleanroom activities to maintain sterile environments.
- Identify areas of non-compliance or non-harmonization and assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and engineering teams to support operational readiness and equipment maintenance.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required; technical or related degree is preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in instrument calibration and repair within a regulated environment; three (3) years if only a high school diploma.
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations, FDA, OSHA, and other governmental standards.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical blueprints.
- Proficiency with basic computer software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CMMS systems like MAXIMO.
