• Spend 90% of shift time executing work instructions within cGMP manufacturing suites.
• Prepare, operate, and maintain biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment following strict SOPs and GDP.
• Maintain accurate inventory, complete batch records, and perform batch record reconciliation.
• Perform aseptic and sterile gowning while adhering to cleanroom safety and compliance standards.
• Inspect finished products, support preventative maintenance, and assist with Nonconformance/CAPA activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, operations, production, or laboratory environment.
• Technical knowledge of cGMP standards, cleanroom gowning, and bioprocess equipment.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating night schedule (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM) including alternating weekends.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods, perform precise hand movements, and wear required cleanroom PPE.
