Our client, a leading organization in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, is seeking an Equipment Services Technician to join their Facilities and Engineering department supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support scheduled and unscheduled calibrations and metrology services to ensure equipment compliance with non‑GMP and cGMP standards.
  • Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document calibration activities accurately.
  • Assist with gown qualification processes to support cleanroom activities.
  • Identify areas of non‑compliance or non‑harmonization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Engineering teams to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in instrument calibration and repair within a pharmaceutical or high‑regulatory environment; three (3) years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Knowledge of cGMP regulations, local and federal regulatory requirements, and documentation procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical blueprints.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
