Salary: $60,000 - $68,000 annually commensurate with experience and industry knowledge.

• Respond to inbound inquiries, provide product and service information, and expert advice and support.
• Identify potential leads and reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Process customer orders and prepare quotes.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Track and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Assist with pricing negotiations and provide support in closing sales.
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives, customer service, and operations teams to coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Provide after‑sales support, troubleshoot issues, and address customer complaints.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
• Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
• Cultivate existing customer relationships to ensure complete customer satisfaction, retention, and gather feedback for service improvement.
• Conduct touch‑base meetings with branch managers and service managers to discuss upcoming equipment needs and collaborate to resolve issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and other relevant tools.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to learn and effectively communicate technical product details.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service expertise.
• Strong planning, problem‑solving, and negotiation ability.
• Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction terminology is a plus.
• Reaching, bending, squatting, and lifting 50 pounds or more.
• High school diploma required.
• Preferred Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Preferred Experience:
  
  1‑5 years’ experience in inside sales within the equipment rental or similar industry.
