CDL Class A or B Driver

Heritage Landscape Supply is looking for a safety‑conscious, self‑motivated team player to join our family as a Local CDL Driver. Your primary responsibility will be to safely deliver products to customers’ businesses or job sites within a maximum radius of your home branch, starting and ending deliveries at the branch with no overnight stays. Over time you’ll have overtime opportunities during busy seasons.

• Prioritize safety above all else and comply with all DOT regulations.
• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and stage orders in a warehouse or job‑site environment.
• Deliver to customer sites and branch locations, unloading products as needed.
• Understand and adhere to FMCSA regulations.
• Perform related duties such as stocking, order entry, shipping, receiving, and more.
• Maintain delivery, truck, and driving records by obtaining signed delivery receipts, recording tracking information, and completing driver logs and truck performance forms.

• Valid CDL License – ClassA or
  
  B.
• Safe driving record with no hit‑&‑runs or DWI/DUI convictions within the last three years; accidents or severe violations in the last year will be reviewed.
• Prior commercial driving experience and knowledge of DOT & OSHA safety regulations.
• HAZMAT endorsement is an asset.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Forklift experience helpful.
• Ability to lift 50pounds on a repetitive basis.
• Pass a background check, pre‑employment drug test, and DOT physical.

Base hourly rate ranges from $20.63 to $26.25 per hour. Overtime may be available based on business needs. Depending on the role, associates may also be eligible for performance‑based bonus programs, commissions, a car allowance or automobile and fuel program, and reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with company travel policy.
