Job Title
Financial Advisor (FA) – TD Wealth – Plaistow, New Hampshire, United States – 40 hours per week.
CompensationCompetitive salary range: $72,280 – $108,160 USD.
Responsibilities- Provide financial planning guidance and sell investment management solutions to TD Wealth clients.
- Leverage experience to address unique and complex client needs by reviewing financial goals and making investment recommendations aligned with those goals.
- Serve as the central point of contact, delivering client service and developing relationships to increase wallet share and help clients achieve asset accumulation, preservation, growth, and protection objectives.
- Ensure all new clients receive a complete onboarding experience, including a thorough discovery, a financial needs analysis, an introduction to the client servicing team, and completion of all required documents.
- Partner with and promote lead generation activities, manage goals, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Guarantee that new and existing clients receive a planning experience, including an annual client review with an enhanced agenda focused on overall wealth needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for TD Wealth client relationships, managing all aspects of the relationship and referring to Retail and Wealth partners when appropriate.
- Execute a differentiated service model for TD Wealth clients, meeting quarterly and annual sales targets while deepening wallet share by anticipating client needs.
- Maximize profitability while ensuring an exceptional client experience and adhering to all federal, state, and firm policies and regulations.
- Identify opportunities within portfolios and networks to refer business to Retail and Small Business/Commercial partners.
- Maintain compliance with Executive & Regulatory frameworks such as OCC, SEC, NYDFS, and other relevant authorities.
- Meet Continuing Education requirements and understand TD Bank & TD Wealth policies and procedures.
- Implement the Customer Identification Program (CIP) and perform other due diligence as outlined in AML procedures.
- Uncover client assets and transition higher threshold clients to appropriate High Net Worth Wealth partners.
- Contribute to a positive, constructive work environment, mentoring new FAs and providing coaching, training, and feedback to Retail and Small Business staff.
- Represent TD Wealth publicly, supporting community and charity initiatives.
- Travel within the assigned market to meet prospects, clients, and partners five days a week and commute within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing financial advice, planning, and investment sales.
- Current holdings of SIE, Series7, Series
63, and Series
66 (or L&H) licenses, or ability to obtain them within 30 days. - Self‑directed with a strong ability to plan activities to achieve sales and referral goals.
- Advanced understanding of wealth products and services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Knowledge of wealth management business‑development techniques and experience interacting with retail and small‑business banking clients.
- Consultative sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., OCC, SEC, NYDFS, SROs).
- Committed to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
