Schedule

Weekend Day Shifts

* Saturday & Sunday

* 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

* 24 hours per weekend

About the Client

The client requires skilled nursing support and ongoing monitoring related to:

* Epilepsy and seizure management

* History of transient ischemic attacks (TIAs)

* Cerebral palsy

* Medication administration and symptom monitoring

* Ongoing health assessment and support

Key Responsibilities

* Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the established care plan

* Administer medications and treatments as ordered

* Monitor patient condition and promptly identify changes in health status

* Respond appropriately to medical concerns and emergencies

* Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, case managers, and other members of the healthcare team

* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

* Provide compassionate support that promotes dignity, comfort, and independence

Qualifications

* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire

* Home care experience preferred

* Current CPR certification required (renewal classes provided by Interim Health Care)

* Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and confidently in a home setting

* Experience caring for patients with neurological conditions is a plus
