Rural King - - Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by helping customers find power equipment and household needs;
Engage customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints and guide them using our customer engagement model;
Assist customers through the retail financing process and ensure requirements are met prior to tractor release;
Manage ordering of various Power Equipment for store stock and customer special orders;
Assist with receiving, moving, and displaying power equipment products;
Conduct power equipment demonstrations and upsell/cross-sell to maximize sales;
Promote store loyalty program and maintain visual merchandising on the sales floor
