LHH is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager for a newly created role within a growing Financial Services company in Plano. This company is highly regarded in the industry with a strong reputation in the DFW area. It values work-life balance and offers significant flexibility.

This position offers a salary of 155K-165K plus bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in documenting accounting policies and procedures, establishing ongoing update processes.
• Support the creation and maintenance of documentation for key accounting processes such as CECL.
• Prepare quarterly technical accounting memorandums for specific estimates.
• Draft white papers for complex transactions as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Banking experience preferred.
• At least seven (7) years of accounting experience, with public accounting experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and conduct detailed accounting analysis.
