Interim Billings/Revenue Staff Accountant

Our client, a growing SaaS company in the digital technology space, is undergoing a post-acquisition systems integration and is seeking an Interim Billings / Revenue Staff Accountant to support a high-impact migration project. This role has an expected duration of 5 months.

• Support data extraction, cleanup, transformation, and mapping for billing and revenue integration activities.
• Assist with execution of billing and revenue tasks tied to the migration of processes into a new ERP environment.
• Perform data validation, reconciliations, and accuracy checks within ERP and supporting systems.
• Work extensively with Excel and CSV files to support analysis, uploads, and process requirements.
• Collaborate daily with project leads and revenue accounting stakeholders to complete assigned tasks.
• Provide documentation, analysis, and operational support to the revenue accounting team as needed.

• Experience in billing or revenue accounting at the staff or senior level.
• Strong understanding of SaaS billing and revenue processes.
• Hands-on experience using Net Suite or a comparable ERP.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets and CSV files.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and effective in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
