Staff Accountant

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly professional, well-spoken, and detail-oriented Accounting Consultant. This role requires on-site presence four times per week and offers competitive compensation ranging from $30 to $40 per hour.

• Full cycle general ledger accounting including display expertise with month end close.
• Perform detailed accounting tasks, including prepaids, accruals, and journal entries.
• Utilize ERP systems to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist in preparing month end close and financial documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various accounting initiatives and projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full cycle accounting.
• Proficiency in major ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Hourly rate: $30-$40 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
