Accounts Payable Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.

• Scan, import, and route invoices for approval in CINC
• Maintain vendor accounts, including W-9s and insurance certificates
• Process checks, ACH/EFT payments, stop payments, and positive pay
• Maintain AP files and utility account information
• Respond to vendor and internal payment inquiries
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of accounts payable or related experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic math proficiency and 10-key by touch
• Proficient in email, spreadsheets, and word processing
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently
