** Job Description*
* The  
** Senior Accountant
** is responsible for general accounting functions including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statement analysis, and P&L guidance for Restaurant Leaders. The Senior Accountant will support month-end and year-end close processes, analyze financial data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial operations.

** Your Impact and Responsibilities:*
* + Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements

+ Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and external regulations

+ Support and lead month-end and year-end closing activities

+ Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

+ Answer P&L questions from Restaurants and Restaurant Support Office Crew members

** Qualifications*
* + 3-5 years of accounting experience

+ Bachelor's degree in accounting

+ Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

+ Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing

+ Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively

+ Microsoft Proficient:
Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
