Senior Tax Associate, Real Estate

Job Description

As a Senior Tax Associate, you will identify and implement tax planning and consulting opportunities for a diverse client base within the construction and real‑estate industries. Working in a highly interactive team environment, you will participate in the tax planning and consultation process for clients, delivering an outstanding client experience. You will research client issues and regularly communicate findings with managers.

Strong social skills and the ability to mentor staff and interns will contribute to the continued success of the team.

• Research client issues and communicate findings with managers
• Mentor staff and interns

• BS in Accounting required;
  Master’s in Taxation or LLM is a plus
• CPA required
• Real‑estate partnership experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in public accounting focusing on real‑estate and construction
• Successful engagement and client‑management skills
• Ability to identify and resolve client issues within the tax team
• Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems as they arise
• Experience with growing client relationships
