Position Summary

General Accounting Data Processor (Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable) – Englewood Cliffs, N.J.

We are seeking a highly detail‑oriented professional to manage high‑volume financial data entries and transactions within SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Perform AR and AP transaction processing, focusing on accuracy and timeliness.
• Execute and validate SAP data entry for payments, invoices, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain the integrity of financial data throughout the project duration.
• Collaborate with client finance, treasury, and project teams to ensure operational stability.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies or transactional issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails in compliance with accounting policies.

• Minimum 5 years of related experience or 3 years with a Master’s degree, or a Ph.D. with no prior experience; a bachelor’s degree is required.
• Comprehensive understanding of specialized accounting areas and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with SAP data processing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Strong analytical, judgment, and communication skills.
