Responsibilities
- Assist the team in developing best‑in‑class processes within a control‑oriented environment.
- Research, analyze, verify and reconcile transactions.
- Maintain fixed asset schedule.
- Post customer credits.
- Perform month‑end closing process including journal entry preparation.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Assist in researching variances in key account balances.
- Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
- 3+ years in accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Power Point and Word
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge of GAAP principles
- Experience working with multiple business units or shared services a plus
Demonstrates expertise in accounting principles and practices, including GAAP, with a strong focus on transaction analysis, reconciliation, and month‑end closing processes. Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
