Overview
We are looking to fill Senior Property Accountant position in Plano. This role is with a prominent real estate company that offers a family friendly environment. The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ experience within property accounting. The position will be responsible to perform full cycle accounting, financial reporting, audit assistance, and interaction with different departments.
CompensationThis position pays 95K-98K plus bonus.
Responsibilities- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages
- Accrual and cash journal entries
- Review operating statements and variance reports
- Prepare monthly income statement variance analysis
- Perform CAM reconciliations
- Interact and communicate with property managers
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Recent commercial or retail accounting experience
- Must be proficient in MS Excel
- Experience working in Real Estate related ERP systems such as Yardi, MRI or Onesite
