Interim Accounting Manager

We are looking for an experienced Interim Accounting Manager to support a client through a long-term contract assignment. This role is well suited for a hands-on accounting specialist who can step in quickly, manage core accounting activities across multiple entities, and provide dependable financial oversight during a leave coverage period. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in U.S. accounting practices, deep familiarity with Net Suite, and the ability to keep month-end processes, reconciliations, and reporting on track.

This is onsite in Plano.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with U.S. accounting standards.

• Examine and authorize accounts payable invoices, confirming appropriate general ledger classification and supporting documentation.

• Prepare and enter journal entries in Net Suite while maintaining the integrity of the general ledger and related financial records.

• Contribute to the month-end close cycle by coordinating deadlines, reviewing account activity, and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Perform detailed account reconciliations and investigate variances to support accurate and complete financial reporting.

• Manage intercompany billing activity and reconcile balances between entities to ensure proper consolidation and reporting.

• Compile monthly financial statements and related schedules for leadership review, highlighting key trends or issues as needed.

• Record payroll and employee benefits accounting entries and support accurate tracking of compensation-related expenses and liabilities.
