Accounting Clerk​/Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk / Accounts Payable Specialist to support our accounting department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong accounts payable experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Process and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Enter invoices into the Syteline accounting system.
• Prepare weekly check runs and process ACH and wire payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and company credit card transactions.
• Monitor the Accounts Payable email inbox.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and audits.
• Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records and documentation.
• Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable as needed.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, full-cycle Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Manufacturing accounting experience is a plus.
• Experience with Syteline ERP is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
