Base Salary: $22-24/hr part-time (20 hours a week)
You Will:- Prepare and post monthly client bills, including split‑party and electronic billing.
- Manage retainer funds, write‑offs, and ensure billing accuracy.
- Address billing inquiries, disputes, and adjustments professionally.
- Review contract terms to support accurate project setup in the accounting system.
- Use tools like Net Suite, Adobe, Excel, and Word to complete billing tasks and generate reports.
- Coordinate collections and collaborate with consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth billing operations.
- 1–3 years of billing and collections experience, preferably in a consulting or service‑based environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Net Suite or similar software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Must be available to work in‑office two days per week (hybrid role).
