Overview
OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR (WORK ORDER SYSTEM FOCUS)
Compensation: $60,000 Base
A facilities services provider is seeking a highly organized Operations Administrator to support a large school district account. This role will play a critical part in coordinating work orders, supporting field leadership, and ensuring operational workflows run smoothly.
The ideal candidate has experience working within facilities or maintenance environments and is comfortable managing high volumes of service requests and operational data.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and track work orders within the client’s system
- Coordinate service requests with Zone Managers and field teams
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and operational documentation
- Support scheduling, compliance tracking, and administrative workflows
- Assist leadership with performance reporting and KPI tracking
- Help ensure timely resolution of service issues
- Experience working with facilities, maintenance, or janitorial operations teams
- Required:
Work order system experience (CMMS or similar platforms) - Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in education environments is a plus
