9:00am – 6:00pm (Part‑time available!)
A real estate company is looking for a Japanese‑English bilingual Administrative Assistant. BOTH part‑time and full‑time applicants are welcome. This is a fully in‑office position.
Job Duties:- General office and administrative support
- Communicate with clients and vendors in Japanese and English
- Data entry and document preparation
- Help with daily office tasks
- Japanese‑English bilingual is REQUIRED
- Administrative or related office work experience is REQUIRED
- Good data entry and basic Excel skills required (Pivot Tables NOT needed)
- Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Candidates with limited English are also welcome
