Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager with a foundational understanding of tax regulations and some experience in office management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting individual and small-business tax returns, as well as managing daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow and a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls or call clients and take messages as required.
  • Greet clients and guide them to conference rooms.
  • Coordinate with associates for walk-in clients.
  • Deposit VO client checks at different banks and complete other local errands.
  • Travel as needed, with the ability to travel independently.
  • Manage office stationery and order/purchase pantry supplies online or from nearby stores as needed.
  • Help with event arrangements and food ordering.
  • Scan and email client documents by following instructions properly.
  • Send documents to India and follow up on shipments.
  • Purchase stamps and ship documents as requested by associates.
  • Check and reply to emails on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate with associates to share tracking numbers with clients.
  • Prepare and raise invoices.
  • Register clients on portals when requested.
  • Handle other office and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and overall upkeep of the workplace.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in office management or administrative support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Schedule and Considerations
  • Schedule:

    Monday to Friday, all days work from the office
  • Work Type: 5 days Work from Office
