Overview
The role involves providing high-level administrative and clerical support to executives, managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and handling sensitive materials. The assistant acts as a communication and information manager for senior leadership, ensuring efficient operations and professional interactions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize multiple assignments and projects with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate and manage scheduling for executive leaders, resolve conflicts, and handle meeting logistics.
- Prepare executive reports, compile data, and facilitate internal and external communications.
- Make domestic and international travel and accommodation arrangements, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials.
- Schedule and coordinate executive conference rooms and maintain necessary equipment and supplies.
- Prepare word processing documents, presentations, spreadsheets, contracts, memos, expense reports, and related materials.
- Maintain network access, troubleshoot application and printing issues, and assist with technical needs.
- Support efforts to maintain positive relationships between executives, employees, customers, and industry contacts.
- Handle office supplies, organize department events, and assist with general administrative tasks.
- Bachelor degree with at least 5 years of EA experience supporting VP level executives and staff.
- Experience and advanced proficiency in developing executive presentations using various PC applications, including Word, Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent professional relationships at all organizational levels and with external contacts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Independent and critical thinking skills with limited direction.
- Ability to read, write, interpret, and prepare executive materials, reports, and related documents.
- Experience with travel planning and coordination for domestic and international trips.
- Experience with event planning, budgeting, and managing office supplies and facilities.
- Bilingual in Korean and English (optional).
