Receptionist

Location:

Plano, TX

Pay Rate: $25.48 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8 AM-5 PM

Bringing Your Best Self to the Desk
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prepare reports, assign tasks, follow instructions, and manage vendor communications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage challenges and support team operations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to identify process improvements and contribute creative solutions
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
A Peek at Your Workday
  • Coordinate internal events for customers, VIPs, and guests
  • Arrange hotel accommodations and shuttle transportation prior to events
  • Coordinate catering services and on‑site event logistics
  • Assist with guest visitor arrangements and support
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels of office supplies
  • Conduct price comparisons to ensure cost‑effective purchasing decisions
  • Manage and track usage of company‑owned electric vehicles (EVs)
  • Ensure company vehicles remain clean, maintained, and operational
  • Maintain records of individuals staying in company condos
  • Submit invoices and documentation through the MRO system
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers and clients and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
