Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support for Life Groups, including:
* Updating rosters
* Preparing weekly communication updates
* Assist with tracking student participation and identifying students in need of follow up and outreach
* Assist with assigning guest follow-up responsibilities to the appropriate ministry staff
* Submit check requests, purchase orders, contract requests and other financial related items and ensure compliance with PBC policies
* Understand fully the PBC church programming software
* Ensure volunteer screening processes are followed
* Provide administrative support for events and trainings
* Order supplies, gifts, flowers, etc. for ministry participants' notable occasions
* Other duties as assigned
