** Job Description*
* The
** Travel & Logistics Coordinator
** is responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements for company personnel, including scheduling air and ground transportation and lodging. This role ensures accuracy and compliance with company policies while delivering a positive traveler experience through clear communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities include coordinating complex itineraries, maintaining accurate records, and partnering with vendors to secure accommodations and services.
** Your Impact and Responsibilities:*
* + Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements, including airfare, lodging, rental cars, and rideshare for managers in training, crew support, and deployments
+ Validate traveler information and ensure compliance with company travel policies and timelines
+ Maintain accurate travel records and trackers; reconcile expenses and report discrepancies
+ Communicate itineraries and updates clearly to travelers and stakeholders using standardized templates
+ Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and optimize traveler experience
+ Provide limited after-hours support during peak travel periods
** Qualifications*
* + Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with ability to learn new travel platforms quickly
+ Able to work non-standard hours and weekends as required
+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple stakeholders
+ Ability to eliminate obstacles and provide conflict resolution
+ Integrity to maintain confidential information
