  • Part-time role - Monday through Friday - 2-3 hours a day
  • Administrative experience, preferably in litigation and settlement activities

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Employment Law team, with a primary focus on supporting litigation and settlement activities
  • Electronic document management (including organizing, filing, and transferring documents between systems such as SharePoint and Counsel Link), as well as proactively requesting, tracking, and following up on documents from HR teams and other internal stakeholders to support litigation intake
  • Assist with end-to-end settlement processing, including assembling and finalizing settlement packets, monitoring completion of required documentation, and following up with internal partners to ensure timely execution
  • This role will also serve as a key coordination point between client and opposing counsel, helping to facilitate communications and ensure smooth information flow
