Patient Care Coordinator Plano, Texas

Our office, Field Endodontics, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice.

We’re looking for a talented, pleasant, team‑oriented individual to manage all administrative and front‑office duties.

• Welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
• Maintain accurate patient records and bills.
• Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect or forward them as appropriate.
• Sort, forward, and respond to emails.
• Keep records, files and the front desk tidy and presentable.
• Assist with other office responsibilities as needed.

• 3+ years experience as front‑desk representative or similar role.
• Knowledge of insurance verification, billing, and accounts receivable.
• Familiarity with office equipment (fax, printer, etc.).
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking ability.
• Problem‑solving aptitude.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to help patients.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Base pay: $25 – $31 USD per hour.
