Location: Plano, TX Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay: Up to $23/hr Start: ASAP
Automotive Title ClerkOur client in the automotive industry is seeking a Title Clerk to join their team in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity with strong potential for long‑term growth. The team is close‑knit, collaborative, and looking for someone who takes initiative and enjoys staying busy.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and process vehicle tag and title documents
- Submit all legal transfer paperwork to relevant agencies (DMV)
- Issue stock numbers and manage inventory for purchased vehicles
- Handle payoffs for trade‑in vehicles and verify lien information
- Process wholesale transactions and track receivables
- Maintain organized vehicle files and title jackets
- Assist with data entry and inventory tracking in Excel
- Support general administrative and filing tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6+ months of automotive title/titling experience required
- Experience working with DMV processes, registrations, and title transfers
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Someone who is dependable, proactive, and takes ownership of their work
- Comfortable working in a busy, team‑oriented environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed

- Exposure to full‑cycle title processing (new, used, wholesale)
