Key Responsibilities Project & Operations Support- Coordinate and support operational projects within the data center environment, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Track project milestones, action items, and dependencies across cross‑functional teams (Operations, Facilities, IT, Security).
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive summaries.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
- Manage complex calendars for senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing conflicts, and coordinating across time zones.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and executive briefings.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow‑ups.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for leadership review.
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities.
- Track and follow up on key action items from leadership meetings.
- Assist in planning and coordinating operational reviews, audits, and leadership meetings.
- Support vendor coordination, including scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations support, or executive administration—preferably in a data center or technical environment.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience managing executive calendars and supporting senior leadership.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with project tracking tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or similar).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Work hours:
8am–5pm.
