We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented assistant to help streamline communication with our inbound leads and ensure every client feels heard, supported, and well taken care of.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Real Estate Assistant to serve as the right-hand support in managing lead intake and follow-up processes. This person will play a critical role in ensuring no lead falls through the cracks by helping to organize communication workflows, follow directions independently, and provide structure to the lead experience.

  • $22–$27 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Potential for quarterly performance bonuses based on lead response times, client satisfaction, and internal team coordination
  • Opportunity to grow into an expanded role with increased responsibility over time

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day communication with new inbound leads through email, phone, and CRM systems
  • Monitor and organize lead stages within our database (Follow Up Boss  or similar)
  • Create and maintain follow-up systems that ensure timely communication from our team
  • Assist with scheduling calls, sending intro emails, and assigning leads internally
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the team and our clients, ensuring smooth transitions
  • Follow structured workflows while also taking initiative to solve problems and improve systems
  • Occasionally assist with light research, client prep materials, and operational support

What You Bring

  • Prior experience working with CRM systems in real estate, mortgage, or a similar field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization and follow-through
  • Comfortable working independently and executing checklists and SOPs
  • Ability to manage multiple communication threads and stay ahead of deadlines
  • You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and not afraid to speak up when something feels off
