About the Role

We're a small core office supporting 100+ staff and contractors across the country. We need an organized, proactive coordinator to keep the office and our field teams equipped and running, handling equipment, software access, and day‑to‑day administration, with some payroll support alongside our bookkeeper. This role suits someone who likes to own logistics, stays on top of details without being chased, and communicates clearly.

What

You’ll Do
  • Equipment & asset management:
    Order, track, and coordinate laptops and field tools for office and field staff; manage inventory and replacements.
  • Software & license access:
    Provision and manage licenses and access (Outlook/Microsoft 365, drafting and fielding tools, etc.); coordinate onboarding/offboarding access.
  • Office administration:
    General office support supplies, vendors, scheduling, correspondence, and keeping operations organized.
  • Payroll support:
    Assist with payroll processing through ADP in coordination with the bookkeeper.
  • Onboarding logistics:
    Coordinate equipment and access setup for new staff and contractors.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in office administration, operations, or coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and proven follow-through on logistics with many moving parts.
  • Comfort with Microsoft 365/Outlook and learning new software/admin portals.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • High reliability and discretion (you’ll touch payroll and access).
Preferred
  • Experience supporting field or distributed teams.
  • Exposure to ADP or other payroll systems.
  • Experience managing IT assets or software license administration.
