Auto Nation - 4051 West Plano Parkway - Responsibilities:
Manage, write, and track all reconditioning, PDI, and inventory recalls;
Coordinate and supervise technicians and porters, including scheduling absences for proper staffing;
Ensure timely processing of reconditioning, PDI, and recalls to meet the four-day turnaround target;
Participate in service and sales team meetings to provide performance updates;
Manage reconditioning within After-Sales Compass RPR system and ensure proper labor times, parts options, and invoicing
