Brown & Brown is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our growing team in Daytona Beach, FL or Plano, TX.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within Brown & Brown. This role serves as a trusted partner to executive leaders, ensuring seamless execution of priorities, managing complex schedules, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings a strong sense of ownership, discretion, and professionalism to all aspects of their work.
How You Will Contribute- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation
- Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely, professional, and effective communication
- Manage complex scheduling and prioritize competing demands to ensure optimal use of executive time
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings, leadership forums, and client engagements
- Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics, including detailed agendas and follow-up actions
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
- Support strategic projects and initiatives, helping drive alignment across teams and stakeholders
- Improve administrative processes and bring structure and organization to executive workflows
- Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership teams
- Ability to operate with autonomy while maintaining alignment with business priorities
- Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
- Experience preparing board-level materials or executive presentations
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- Experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and high-volume communications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
