Brown & Brown is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our growing team in Daytona Beach, FL or Plano, TX.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within Brown & Brown. This role serves as a trusted partner to executive leaders, ensuring seamless execution of priorities, managing complex schedules, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence.

How You Will Contribute
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation
  • Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely, professional, and effective communication
  • Manage complex scheduling and prioritize competing demands to ensure optimal use of executive time
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings, leadership forums, and client engagements
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics, including detailed agendas and follow-up actions
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives, helping drive alignment across teams and stakeholders
  • Improve administrative processes and bring structure and organization to executive workflows
