We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Plano, TX-based team.
About the RoleThe Call Center Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office in Plano, TX. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the collections departments, facilitating effective communication and organization within the team. Qualified candidates must be highly organized and efficient with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software.
Responsibilities- Opening, sorting, and responding to or distributing all incoming physical mail, fax and email correspondence.
- Generate, prepare, and distribute numerous reporting tools to call center management and call center staff.
- Collaborate closely with the Collections management team to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of inquiries or issues.
- Prepare documents to email/fax to authorized parties
- 2-5 years' experience in an administrative support role
- Previous experience in a legal, call center, or debt recovery/collections environment is desirable
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office with advanced knowledge in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, often changing office environment.
- Above-average communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
- Discretion and confidentiality is a must.
- Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate excellent decision quality with limited oversight.
- 2-5 years' experience in an administrative support role
