Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances, located in Plano, TX. Responsibilities include supporting legal/compliance review of all new vendors in the Vendor Evaluation Registration System (VERS), conducting compliance analysis of new vendor questionnaires, facilitating submission of vendor due diligence questionnaires, coordinating responses from vendors, reviewing submissions, maintaining punch list, maintaining BVD submissions to appropriate levels, reviewing, and maintaining internal records related to same.
Compliance Policy and Guidance Document Tracking includes coordinating posting of policies and guidance documents on intranet. Other responsibilities include monitoring department email inbox, tracking external questionnaire submissions and responding to same for the compliance team, circulating requests to internal SMEs, saving and filing completed questionnaires, maintaining internal tracking of questionnaire submissions via Excel spreadsheet, responding to compliance questions in the questionnaire, processing invoices and PUMIs, ensuring legal invoices are coded appropriately in GLASS, maintaining annual budget tracking via Excel spreadsheet with vendor details and tracking the spend to date, assisting with annual training data, downloading bi-weekly training records for the previous training cycle from the training system platform to be uploaded in the NA Shared Service Center Learning & Development (L&D) platform to update L&D with completion records, assisting with scheduling and attendance at NA Compliance Training Sessions, capturing employee attendance to be uploaded in the NA Shared Service Center for L&D to update completion records, reviewing and circulating calls to the Hotline to the Investigation team, tracking vendor contract renewals, responding to customer inquiries in collaboration with customer care, and providing administrative assistance to the team as needed.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree or paralegal degree/certificate, 5+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas). Preferred qualifications include verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. An innate ability to commit to short-term results while forecasting future revenue, and able to be held accountable for both short-term success and longer-term strategy.
Strong collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
