Office Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Support multiple departments with administrative and operational tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calendars, and conference rooms.
- Organize, maintain, and manage electronic and physical documents.
- Assist with special projects and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm
- Employment Type: Contract to hire
- Compensation: $23-26/hr.
- Location: Plano, TX 75093
