Position OverviewThe Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing daily office operations while providing administrative support to senior leadership. This role serves as a partner to leadership, ensuring organizational efficiency, professionalism, and seamless execution of administrative and operational priorities. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Responsible for maintaining office cleanliness/appearance.
- Orders, sets-up/breaks down, and oversee all catering and food orders as needed for office events.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors, creating a positive and professional first impression.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and oversee facility-related requests and operations.
- Manage office budget items including supplies, equipment, and vendor services; track and process invoices as needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and communications on behalf of leadership.
- Administer employee access badges, office assignments, and workspace logistics.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and office efficiency.
- Support special projects and initiatives on behalf of leadership as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience, including experience supporting senior leaders or executives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative tools
- Previous experience in calendaring, booking travel, meeting coordination
